Ride Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Free Cancellation: Up to 24 hours before your scheduled Columbia pickup time.

Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made between 2 hours and 24 hours of the pickup time will incur a $50 fee.

Last-Minute / No-Show Fee: Cancellations made under 2 hours from the pickup time, or failing to show up within 10 minutes of the driver's arrival, will be charged 50% of the total fare.

By booking, you authorize Nulle Voide Enterprise to charge the card on file according to these terms.
